The bed, the rooms, the breakfast, the service were really very good. The location - it depends on where you want to be near to. For us, we had to take a cab to the places we wanted to see. We couldn't walk anywhere due to the very hot weather, but the reception desk was very helpful. As long as you can get a cab to open its meter, cabs are rather cheap too (Hint: The BOLT app works quite well in Bangkok). A very special thanks to Fairry as she was very warm and helpful throughout our stay and personally drove us to Ayutthaya.

This hotel is perfectly situated to all the main tourist spots. The hotel itself has been thoughtfully decorated with all its decor within the public areas. The rooms are a very good size with good aircon . Staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect. So many things to do within walking distance. Room was spacious and really comfortable. The staff were super helpful. It’s a quiet hotel which is perfect for us and also has air con which was definitely needed and worked really well :)

The rooms are very dirty the sheets are very dirty. On the day of checkout they find some old stains on the sheet and tell us they won't give our security deposit back. They told us to clean the sheets and give and asked us to clean the sheets with soap and water. They charge a huge security deposit and threaten you to not giving it back while check in out. If they put the sheets in the machine it gets cleaned instead they asked us to do it. Horrible hotel. They might charge very less for the stay per night and try to cheat you by not refunding the security deposit.

I booked the hotel while travelling down through Thailand as a hotel to visit the sights from. The room I had had a double bed and separate bathroom and a small window which looked out to a wall of another building but it was fine for a leisurely look around the city. The breakfast was fine with some dishes made to order. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby the hotel which was very handy. On my last morning I was leaving the hotel and catching an early flight and the hotel had taken a thousand baht, about twenty three pounds at the time of writing as deposit for the key and room. Not a major problem but it means that you are stuck with currency when going to the airport, only a minor thing. The reception were always super helpful and on my last night when my phone sim package was due to expire the reception set up extra data for me on my phone so I could catch a taxi and do things online in the morning.
